Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Director of Dubai Customs, received the delegation and thanked them for their trust in Customs procedures in Dubai. He stressed on the importance of creating and maintaining close partnership between the private and public sectors for leveraging the national economy and enhancing the reputation of the UAE globally.

Eros Group CEO Deepak J Babani presented Ahmed Mahboob with the group’s trophy, in the presence of Abdullah Al Khaja, Executive Director of Customer Management Division, Edris Bahzad, Director of Client Management Department, and Khalfan Rashed Al Keaibi, Manager of Customer Service Management. On the other hand, the delegation from Eros Group comprised Niranjan Gidwani, Deputy Executive Officer, P Ravichandran, Associate Vice President, and A. Manavalan, Assistant Manager.

Mahboob thanked Eros Group for their gesture, adding that the organisation is one of the first businesses to join the “Client Accreditation” program launched by Dubai Customs to provide its distinguished customers with a complete set of facilitations. The most prominent are the automated pre-arrival clearance, consolidated declarations and the B2G channel, which enables them to transfer declarations automatically from their systems to Mirsal 2 and process their transactions and payments electronically. Moreover, the program allows participants to get the services of the Client Ambassadors Initiative.
