SARGODHA: The Excise and Taxation (E&T) department, during its weekly campaign against defaulter vehicles, illegal number-plates, confiscated 350 vehicles at various points in the district.
According to Director E&T Shahid Faridi, during the operation almost 650 vehicles were checked and 350 were confiscated for having unregistered and illegal number-plates. Another 400 defaulters of token taxes were given warnings.
He told APP that 12 teams of E&T department were conducting operations at various points in their areas.
