Etihad Airways to invest $634.18m for revival of Italian national airline

NEW YORK: Etihad Airways has signed an agreement with Alitalia of $634.18 million investment for better revival of Italian national airline as a competitive lucrative business.

The investment of USD634.18 million by Etihad is set to be supplied through a combination of equity injections, asset purchases, and funding measures to rebuild the airline’s balance sheet.
