Examination officers to cross check documents before filing GD in WeBOC system

LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Collector Ambreen Ahmad Tarar has issued office order for cross checking of mandatory documents for filing Goods Declaration (GD).

“In order to ensure strict implementation of CGO No. 15/3029, it is directed that all examination officers will cross check the compliance of submission of mandatory documents, i.e. packing list, invoice and BL etc for their uploading at the time of filing of Good Declaration (GD) in WeBOC system.

In case of any deviation of non-attaching of afore-referred obligatory documents along with the Goods Declaration (GD), the Examination officers are directed not to proceed for examination of consignment until the importer/clearing agent uploads all the requisite documents in the WeBOC system.

Deputy and assistant collectors (examination) are directed to ensure strict compliance of the requirements envisaged under CGO 15/23019.
