MULTAN: Excise & Taxation department Multan has arrested two drug peddlers including a police constable and recovered 4.5 kilogram heroin and 1000 gram charas from their possession.
This was stated by ETO Jalil ur Rehman while addressing press conference here Friday. He told that a team led by Inspector Sheikh Sikandar, on a tip-off, set-up a temporary picket at Matti-Tall road and arrested two drug peddlers–police constable Rab Nawaz and Rafiq.
The team also recovered four and half kg heroin, one kg hashish and one pistol from their possession.
