Excise Dept impounds 94 vehicles defaulters of token tax

MULTAN: The Excise and Taxation Department impounded 94 token tax defaulter vehicles and recovered Rs 225,600 during a campaign in Multan the other day.

The Department has to recover the registration fee of almost 1974 vehicles worth Rs 3.457 million. The token tax theft amount has reached Rs 5.875 million in the last three years.
