LAHORE: Excise and Taxation Region A Director Rizwan Sherwani has ordered the posting and transfers of five inspectors of the region.
Sources told Customs Today that Rizwan Sherwani has transferred Inspector Riaz Hussain from Riwaz Garden to Abbott Road Zone 3), Inspector Hassan Manzoor was posted in Zone 3 from Zone 13. On another note, Excise Inspector Nosheen Khalid has been transferred from Shadra Zone to Shalimar Zone.
Meanwhile, Rizwan Sherwani has transferred Inspector Rana Shahid from Ravi Road to Shahdra and Inspector Rais Tariq was appointed in Karim Park, Ravi road. The newly posted inspectors have been ordered to report at new place of posting immediately.
Rizwan Sherwani has also directed the officers to keep vigilance in collection of taxes and continue crackdown against defaulters of token tax and property tax as well.
