Excise Faisalabad collects Rs 786.145m till September 30

FAISALABAD: The Excise and Taxation Department Faisalabad collected Rs 786.145 million during first three months of the current fiscal year.

Sheikh Muhammad Tahir,  Excise and Taxation Executive Officer, Faisalabad while talking to Customs Today  said that the department recovered more than 34 percent percent of the target during the three month of fiscal year 2015-16. The Excise and Taxation has set a target of Rs 2322.615.

The Excise and Taxation Faisalabad branch collected revenue of Rs 653.226 million. While Jhang area  collected Rs 45.561 million, which 27 is of the target of Rs 168.631 million.

Moreover, Rs 29.447 million were collected  in Chaniot against set the target of Rs 93.950 million.

The Divisional Branch Excise and Taxtion Toba Tek Singh collected Rs 57.911 million against the set target of Rs 178.869 million.
