Excise inspectors move LHC to stop criminal proceedings

LAHORE: Excise inspectors from across Punjab have moved the Lahore High Court (LHC) to stop criminal proceedings against them.

During initial hearing of the application, Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan passed ruling against the application of Akhtar Nawaz to approach the trial court first.
