Excise Department seals 50 unregistered real estate offices in Multan

MULTAN: The Excise and Taxation Department has sealed 50 unregistered real estate dealers’ offices under the National Action Plan.

As per the details, the department had asked all real estate dealers to get registered with the Excise and Taxation Department under the National Action Plan to avoid legal action. After the expiry of the deadline, the officials started the operation and sealed 50 offices until they got registration licences from the department.

Excise and Taxation officer Jalilur Rehman led the operation along with his staff members including Additional ETO Fakhar Hassan, Inspector Masood Qureshi, Mehroze Azeem and Yousaf.  These property dealers were working without authorised licence for property businesses from the Excise Department.

The Excise Department sealed the offices of Fatima Associates, Bukhari Property, Sufi Property Network, Property Master, New Talha Property, Al Baraq Real Estate, Homes for view, National Property, Emaan Builders and others.
