MULTAN: The Excise and Taxation Department, Multan Division, has sealed 14 commercial properties owned by property tax defaulters.
According to details, the property branch of the Excise and Taxation Department has started crackdown against the property defaulters in Multan after serving them final notices for the payment of their property taxes. All the sealed 14 shops are located in the Gulgasht Bosan Road Multan.
These defaulters have outstanding taxes of Rs 360,000 but they were not ready to pay their owe taxes Finally Excise Inspector Muzamil Shehzad has started the action against defaulters shops for the recovery of taxes . Further strict actions will be taken against the defaulters very soon to accomplish recovery targets.
