Excise seals Lawrence Road BISE examination center for tax evasion of Rs 3.2m

Lahore: Excise and Taxation Department of Punjab has sealed BISE examination center at Lawrence road opposite to Jinnah Garden Lahore for evasion of property tax.
The center is a defaulter of Rs 3.2 million. Excise issued a notice to the authorities concerned who assured to pay the amount before 31 of January but failed to do so.
The situation may create problems for students and institutions. Every year thousands of students visit the center for examination.
