Excise team raids liquor manufacturing factory

KARACHI: A team of Sindh Excise and Taxation Department Thursday raided a liquor manufacturing factory in Sukkur.

The team, led by Inspector Najeeb-ur-Rehman, raided a factory in Deewan Muhalla, Sangrar near Sukkur, said a statement. The team also recovered thousands of liquor bottles during the raid while two accused managed to flee from the scene. A case has been registered against Anil and Dino. The team is conducting raids for their arrest.
