External public debt reaches $2.5b in FY2019: Hammad Azhar

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Hammad Azhar on Wednesday said that the net increase in External Public Debt Stock of Pakistan in Fiscal Year 2918-19 was approximately US$2.5 billion, as compared to US $8.6 billion in previous year.

In his tweet on Wednesday, he further informed that the net increase in Total External Debt and Liabilities amounted to US $10 billion in FY18-19, as opposed to US $13.3 billion in previous year.
