LONDON: Social network website Facebook has over 1 billion users from all over the world, of which 600 million are using the Messenger version on their smart phones. The Facebook Messenger consumes less mobile data than other messaging applications and it offers free voice calls, and as long as the internet connection is decent.
Facebook Messenger comes with the same News Feed containing user’s friends’ posts and activities, and users will comment or like their photos or posts, users can write on their walls or even contact them via a private message. Also, users upload own photos and videos and tag friends in them, and even if they will not online, everything that happens in user’s absence will be reflected in notifications.
This application can be installed on Android or iOS smart phones or tablets and the stable versions can be downloaded from the official app stores. So, after downloading and installing the application, which is a minimized version of the PC web client, users will use their email address and the password on the web version.
From time to time, is indicated to visit the Google Play and Apple Store to check for new updates of this application or users can enable automatic updates, so that the application will be updated automatically when a new version is available.
