FAISALABAD: Additional Collector Adjudication Beelam Ramzan has issued five Order-in-Original (ONOs), involving duty and taxes to the tune of Rs 1.25 millions. While the Additional Collector Adjudication has decided three cases in favor of the petitioners and decision of two cases was made in favor of the accused parties.
According to details, Customs Adjudication these cases were filed by Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) Jhang, Customs Collectorate Faisalabad (bonds branch) and Customs Collectorate (import branch).
Meanwhile, two cases were decided in favor of parties which were submitted by Anti Smuggling Organization Mainwali and Anti Smuggling Organization Faisalabad for evading taxes and duties.
