Faisalabad Adjudication adjourns hearing of 35 cases until Dec 28

FAISALABAD: Deputy Collector Adjudication Asma Hameed has adjourned the hearing of 35 cases until December 28. The cases belonged to ASO Mianwali ,Sargodha, Jhang, Faisalabad and khushab.

Sources told Customs Today that three  cases reffered by ASO Mianwali which includes accused persons namely Ghulam Sadiq and Saidullah .

ASO Sargodha referred seven cases the accused persons are Jamil Akhtar, Muhammad Safar, Malik Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, Abdul Bari,Muhammad Niwaz ,Nazim Bashir, Abu Umar Yasir .

ASO Jhang referred to five cases against accused persons Muhammad Naqab ,Gul Meer ,Sajid Iqbal, Aolat Khan , Laiq Din, while three cases were referred by the intelligence and investigation Khoushab in which accused persons name are Aurangzeb Khan Imtiaz Ahmad, Soorat Khan .

However, three cases also referred by the Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad and the accused persons namely is Masood Akbar ,Muhammad Ejaz and Malik Shabbir and one case referred by the custom collectorate import branch against Muhammad Shahzad Enterprises.
