Faisalabad Adjudication collects Rs 18.9m by deciding 41 cases

FAISALABAD: The Collectorate of Customs Adjudication Faisalabad has generated Rs 18.99 million revenues by deciding 41 cases of anti-smuggling during August 2015.

The Customs Adjudication decided 41 cases lodged by Anti-Smuggling Organisation Faisalabad and Customs Investigation and Intelligence. He announced judgement in all the cases in favour of the departments.

The adjudication heard cases relating to the smuggling of cloth, tea, auto parts, Iranian diesel, Rani Juice, and smuggled vehicles.

According to the details, Additional Collector of Custom Adjudication Faisalabad Amjad-ur-Rehman heard seven cases in August out of which five cases were decided in favour of customs involving Rs 6.97.

While, Deputy Assistant Collector Muhammad Saeed Asad decided 36 cases involving Rs 12.08 million in favour of Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) and Customs Intelligence Faisalabad.
