FAISALABAD Adjudication Deputy Collector Asma hears 25 cases

FAISALABAD: Customs Adjudication Deputy Collector Asma Hameed heard 25 cases filed by Anti-Smuggling Organisation (ASO) of Mianwali, Sargodha and Jhang, and Customs Intelligence and Investigation.

As per details, the deputy collector heard 16 cases of Faisalabad ASO against the accused persons named Muhammad Dilshad Ali, Ghulam Mustafa, Safar Khan, Zafar Iqbal, Bashir Ahmad, Muhammad Waseem, Akhtar Ali, Muhammad Ashfaq, Asif Hussain, Khalid, Al Rahman Traders, Muhammad Ajmal, Mukhtar, Muhammad Amjad, Ammar Yasir, Muhammad Zahid, Muhammad Anwar, Masood Akbar and Muhammad Farooq.

Meanwhile, ASO Sargodha referred two cases against the accused persons namely as Nazim Bashir and Abu Umer Yasir, while Mianwali ASO filed a case against Muhammad Suleman.

Deputy Collector Asma Hameed also heard three cases filed by Jhang ASO against Laiq Din,Baz Gul, and Zahoor Khan, besides hearing a case against Muhammad Shazad Enterprises filed by the Faisalabad Customs import branch.

On the other hand, the Sara-e-Muhajir Customs Intelligence submitted two cases against Imran Khan and Muhammad Naveed, which were heard by the court.
