Faisalabad Anti-Smuggling dept seizes over Rs18.8 million goods

FAISALABAD: The Anti-Smuggling department of MMC, Faisalabad has seized the loader truck of Afghan transit Pinus Gerardiana (Chilgoza) worth Rs 10 million from Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad.

Pinus Gerardiana weighing 9,500 kilograms was loaded on Hino truck which was smuggled from Wana. The Anti-Smuggling squad seized the truck and registered a case.

Meanwhile, the anti-smuggling department of MCC, Faisalabad has seized two trucks of Kashmir Transits Chili seeds worth Rs 8.5 million from Deputy Wala Interchange M-3 Motorway, Faisalabad.

Moreover, the Anti-Smuggling Department of MMC, Faisalabad seized the truck of imported fabric from Faisalabad. The imported fabric was loaded on Mazda truck which was traced from Jhang Road Faisalabad. The Anti-Smuggling squad seized the truck. The value of fabric has not been estimated yet.
