Faisalabad Appraisement collects Rs1019.509m in August

FAISALABAD: The Customs Appraisement collected Rs1019.509 million during the month of August 2018 against the assigned target of Rs1600 million.

According to the statistics available with Customs Today, Customs Appraisement collected Rs359.240 million as customs duty against the set target of Rs398 million.

The Customs Appraisement collected revenue under the heads of customs duty (CD) sales tax (ST) income tax (IT) and federal excise duty (FED) during the above said period. The Collectorate collected Rs 1189 million against the set target of Rs 650.922 million in shape of sales tax.

While it collected Rs 9.347 million under the of income tax (IT) during the above said period against the set target of Rs 13 million. The Collectorate made no collection under the head of federal excise duty (FED).
