Faisalabad Appraisement collects Rs149.826m

FAISALABAD: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement collected Rs149.826 million against assigned target of Rs257.33 million during first ten days of September.

Sources told Customs Today, that Customs Appraisement was assigned revenue collection target of Rs 179.73 million under the head of sales tax (ST) but as it collected Rs 94.557 million during the said period.

Customs Appraisement collected Rs 53.738 million under the head of customs duty (CD) against the set target of Rs 75.20 million by achieving target up to 71 percent.

Sources told that Customs Appraisement generated Rs 1.531 million as income tax against the assigned target of Rs 2.40 million that was achieved up to 64 percent, while it have no collection in wake of federal excise duty (FED) against the target of during the above said period.
