Faisalabad Appraisement issues attachment notice to M/s. Gulistan Textile Mills Ltd

FAISALABAD: Collectorate of Appraisement Faisalabad recovery branch has issued attachment notice to M/s. Gulistan Textile Mills Ltd. for recovery of their outstanding dues worth Rs.940, 750/-.
Sources told Customs Today that Customs Collectorate Appraisement has started crackdown against defaulters for recovery of the outstanding government dues on the directions of Collector Saima Shehzad.
The Collectorate of Appraisement Faisalabad recovery branch of Multan Dry Port has issued its notice for the recovery of outstanding amount from defaulter M/s Gulistan Textile Mills Ltd.2nd Floor Finaly House Chundrigarh Road Karachi on account of Order-in-Original No.153/2019 dated 28/02/2019. Assistant Collector Beenish Rasheed has been appointed as attachment Officer for the recovery of outstanding amount from defaulter.
M/s Gulistan Textile Mills Limited is located near Karachi Morr Samasatta district Bahawalpur in jurisdiction of Customs Collectorate Appraisement (Faisalabad).
Recovery Officer Beenish Rasheed has been given special directives to attach the moveable and immovable properties belonging to the defaulter for recovery of government taxes in terms of rule 133 and 151 of the Customs Rule 2001 with section 202 of the Customs Act 1969.
If M/s Gulistan Textile Mills Limited failed to deposit outstanding amount then Customs Collectorate Appraisement will attach moveable and immoveable property and they have been directed not to sell directly or indirectly ,sell mortgage charge lease otherwise deal with all moveable and immoveable property belonging to you excepted with the permission of undersigned.
M/s Gulistan Textile Mills has been informed that all moveable and immoveable properties shall stand attached with the expiry of 15 days of the service of this notice and to avoid any unwanted situation pay your government dues immediately as early as possible.
