Faisalabad Collector orders completion of audit & scrutiny of present year’s record

FAISALABAD: Customs Collector Mirza Mubashir Baig has directed the inspection team to complete the audit of the Model Customs Collectorate Faisalabad until Fiscal Year 2017 and also scrutinize the record of the current year.

Sources told Customs Today Collector Mirza Mubashir Baig issued a notification No: V-CUS-Misc/6/FTO/2016/P-II/3408 and nominated a competent inspector of the Internal Audit to check the record of Faisalabad under the audit plan. The nominated officer is Muhammad Yousaf as a departmental representative to assist the audit team.

Furthermore, Inspector Muhammad Yousaf has been instructed by Collector Mirza Mubashir Baig to discuss the inspection report with Additional Collector Muhammad Saeed Asad of Faisalabad so that viewpoint of the collectorate may be considered before the issuance of the inspection report. The inspector will discuss the strategy to achieve the revenue target assigned by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with the competent authority.
