Faisalabad customs collects Rs 98.86m revenue Q1

FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Customs adjudication has collected revenue worth of Rs 98.86 million and it has decided almost 92 cases upto the end of month October 2015.

Faisalabad adjudication Collectorate issued order in original (ONO) in all cases in favour of Faisalabad Customs and Faisalabad Customs intelligence and investigation ( I and I ).

Adjudication department heard cases of smuggled Smuggled vehicles import brought into country without paying customs duty and tax, auto parts, smuggled, silk cloth, diesel generator, Iranian diesel, Vehicles and other items during the this period.

As per details the customs Raja Tahir Majeed decided 11 cases involving Rs 57.090 Millions. While additional collector Beelam ur Ramzan settled 8 cases involving duty taxes worth Rs 12.770 million.

Meanwhile, Deputy Collector Adjudication Faisalabad Asma Hameed solved 73 cases involving 28.998 millions and announced decision in favour of customs intelligence and investigation regional office Faisalabad Upto month of October 2015-16.
