FAISALABAD: Excise and Taxation Faisalabad’s property tax branch collected Rs 416.040 million during first three month (July-September) of current fiscal year 2015-16
Senior Excise and Taxation Officer Shahid Galani said that department has achieved almost 42 percent of the assigned target, which was Rs 985.60 million
He said that, rebate period on property tax has also been extended till October 31 in order to facilitate the taxpayers.
He also said that people will get concession up to five percent by filing the returns till the deadline, while fine will be imposed on the non-payers after the expiry of the deadline.
