Faisalabad Excise collects Rs41.76m during H1 of FY2106-17

FAISALABAD: The Excise and Taxation department collected Rs41.76 million in head of professional tax during first six months (July to December) of current fiscal year (FY) 2016-17 against the assigned target Rs 87.42 million for the year.

According to details, the excise collected Rs33.0 million from Faisalabad region against the assigned target of Rs65 million. The Excise Jhang region collected Rs3.1 million against the assigned target of Rs8.95 million, the Excise Chiniot region collected Rs2.18 million against the assigned target of Rs4.1 million during the above said period.
