Faisalabad Excise collects Rs 56.798m as property tax in April

FAISALABAD: The property branch of the Excise and Taxation Department has recovered almost Rs 56.798 million as property tax and sealed various properties of defaulters in April. Director General Punjab Excise Saeed Ahmad assigned the target of Rs 108.41 million to property tax branch.

Sources told Customs Today the property branch achieved a target of Rs 49.548 million against the assigned target of Rs 92.80 million.

The Excise and Taxation Department Jhang collected Rs 2.593 million against the of the assigned target Rs 4.705 million, while Chiniot generated Rs 2.654 million against the assigned target Rs 4.786 million.

Furthermore Toba Tek Singh collected Rs2.003 million of property against the assigned target of Rs 6.081 million.
