FAISALABAD: Excise and Taxation anti narcotics team recovered 4.5 kilograms of charas during a raid. The estimated value of the recovered charas is Rs 50,0000.
Sources informed Customs Today Excise Officer Rana Ahmed Hassan received credible information about some smuggling attempts. Soon after receiving the tip of he constituted a team comprsing Muhammad Haroon (inspector), and Muhammad Gulzar (seopy).
The team raided near Narwala Ada Ameenpur Road and seized imported charas. The Faisalabad Excise Anti narcotics Staff arrested the accused person on the spot and lodged a FIR against him. Further investigations are still underway.
