FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human trafficker involved in sending people abroad on fake documents from Millat Towe, Faisalabad.
Faisalabad FIA Director Chaudhary Mazherulla, Inspector Saeed Imam Zaidi and Sub Inspector Muhammad Nadeem, following information, arrested Rafique Umar son of Umar Draz. The accused was involved in looting people by extorting huge amounts from them in guise of sending them abroad.
The accused had allegedly extorted Rs 270,000 from a citizen named Saqib Mehmood for sending him to Malaysia but he neither sent him abroad nor giving money back to the victim.
The FIA has sent him behind the bars after registering a case against him on the charges of human trafficking.
