Faisalabad FIA nabs M Allyas in human trafficking case

FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human trafficker, Muhammad Illyas son of Muhammad Atta. The suspect is a resident of Kareem block market.

Sources told Customs Today that Assistant Director FIA Ch Mazhar Ullah and Sub-Inspector Muhammad Nadeem conducted a successful raid and arrested the accused who cheated Muhammad Saleem son of Muhammad Yousaf by promising him employment in Dubai and deprived him of Rs 0.85 million.

The FIA team sent the accused to prison after registering a case number 35/16 against him under the applicable law 17/22 of 1979. Further investigations are under way.
