Faisalabad RTO recovers Rs 95 million from Nagina Washing Powder Company.

FAISALABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) Regional Tax office Faisalabad recovered a huge amount of Rs 95 million which was evaded by Nagina Washing Powder Company in wake of sales tax.

As per details, the Investigation and Prosecution of RTO Faisalabad detected an under-invoicing and fake record of sales and purchase case against the Nagina Washing Powder Company.

The I&P section forwarded the case to RTO Faisalabad Zone-II Assistant Commissioner Naeem Aslam Chattah who mark the case for further scrutiny  and found that accused was involved in tax evasion through under-invoicing.

Following the finding of the case, the assistant commissioner took legal action against the accused company to recover the evaded amount and RTO Faisalabad remained successful and recovered Rs 95 million from the tax evaders.
