FAISALABAD: The registration of farmers for interest-free loans started in the district.
Special counters had been set up at Land Record Centres to facilitate farmers for registration and focal persons from the agriculture department had been deputed there, said EDO Agriculture Ch Abdul Hameed here on Wednesday. The centres at tehsil level would remain open from 4pm to 8pm for registration of farmers.

He asked farmers to contact at respective centres with an original CNIC, cell number and land details and they will be issued tokens after their registration.
