Father & son sent on physical remand booked in mega tax evasion case

KARACHI: Custom Court Judge Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi sent accused persons named Shaukat Ali Nadeem S/o Muhammad Munshi Khan, proprietor of M/s Sunder Trading Company Lahore and Faisal Nadeem S/o Shaukat Ali Nadeem, to customs department on physical remand for one week who were involved in duty and tax evasion of Rs08million.

During the hearing, investigation officer produced both above named accused before the court and informed it that accused are involved in mega tax evasion case, so prosecution needs further investigation therefore court may granted their physical remand.
