Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus called to appear before FBR on 29th

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has sent a Sales Tax notice to Fazal Din’s Pharma Plus and called the owner to appear before the officer of the FBR concerned on 29th of March.

Source told Customs Today that Regional Tax Office (RTO) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) sent the notice of tax evasion but the owner of Fazal Din’s Pharma did not appear before the authorities concerned.

Finally, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) sent the notice again to the Pharma Company and called on 29th of March at 10:00 am for presenting their answer.

The FBR also told Customs Today that if owner of Fazal Din’s Pharma will not appear before the FBR authorities then the department will take action according to the law.
