FBR achieves 98pc tax collection target in Balochistan: Member Dr Irshad

LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue Member Inland Revenue Operations Dr Mohammad Irshad has said that the board has achieved 98 percent tax collection target in Balochistan.

Addressing a press conference along with other members of Regional Tax Office during his visit to Quetta, he said that the FBR is taking measures to expand tax net in the province. He said that a new office of the RTO will be established in Gwadar soon. Replying to a question Dr Irshad said that all members of National Assembly, provincial assemblies and government officials are depositing their income tax dues according to the schedule.
