KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue FBR has allowed facility of zero rating of supply of electricity to M/s Diamond Fabrics through a Sales Tax General Order No 25 of 2016.
According to Secretary IR-ST &FE, Raza Ashfaq Sheikh, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 read with SRO 1125(I)/2011 dated 31.12.2011, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to make further amendments in its Sales Tax General Order No 09 of 2007 dated 13th September 2007. The zero rating facility on supply of electricity has been granted to M/s Diamond Fabric now onward.
