FBR allows zero-rating facility on gas supply to Rajwani Demin Mills

KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has allowed zero-rating facility on supply of gas to an industrial unit through a Sales Tax General Order No 16 of 2007.

According to a notification issued by Second Secretary (IR-ST &FE) Qadeerullah, the FBR, exercising the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, made further amendments in its Sales Tax General Order No 16 of 2007 dated 13th September 2007.
