FBR asked to nominate Customs officers for FPSC penal of examiners

ISLAMABAD: Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has requested Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to nominate at least 10 names of BS-19 and above officers in Pakistan Customs Service for constitution of fresh penal of examiners.

In a letter sent to FBR, the FPSC the commission holds examination for Pakistan Customs Service probationers on yearly basis. “For this purpose a fresh penal of examiner is being drawn by the commission,” the commission said and added that the examination is conducted in subjects included: Customs Laws; Customs Rules and Notifications; Associated Laws; Customs Tariff and Trade; Sales Tax Act 1990; Federal Excise Act, 2005 and Income Tax Ordinance, 2001; Enforcement Laws; Information Technology; and Pakistan Economy.
