ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has asked to file the income tax returns as some people who have national tax number (NTN) did not submit the taxes. The regional tax office has started writing letters to the tax defaulters in this regard. The board will not take action against those who will submit their taxes and there will be no audit for those who submit taxes voluntarily. The business community has also been requested to assist FBR in this regard so that maximum people will bring under tax net.
