FBR assigns additional task to Dr. Asif Mehmood Jah

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification assigning new charge to Dr. Asif Mehmood Jah presently posted as chief collector of Customs North Islamabad.

A notification issued in this regard read “Dr. Asif Mehmood Jah, a Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) officer of BS-21, presently posted as chief collector of Customs North, Islamabad is assigned the task of incharge, Integrity Management Cell, Federal Board of Revenue, (HQ), Islamabad addition to his own duties, with immediate effect.

The officer will report to Chairman, FBR for the purpose of this assignment.

It is necessary to mention here that Dr. Asif Mehmood Jah, who is a well-known social worker, was travelling through Lahore-Islamabad Motorway when he met a serious accident and sustained serious injuries. He was taken to Mayo Hospital for treatment where doctors asked for B- blood required for operation due to serious injury. He resumed his duties recently after recovery.
