ISLAMABAD: The briefing by the Federal Board of Revenue to the Prime Minister has again been rescheduled on March 31. FBR would brief the PM about the tax policy measures taken to overcome revenue shortfall during the fiscal year 2013-14.
FBR shall also brief the PM about steps taken to curb ongoing smuggling and customs duty evasion. The meeting was initially scheduled on March 10 then rescheduled to March 11. Later on it was rescheduled on March 17.
