FBR chairman, IR-Operations member reach Lahore after Karachi

LAHORE: Federal board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Tariq Bajwa along with Member Inland Revenue Operations Muhammad Asharaf Khan arrived in Lahore to hold discussion related to tax collection with Regional Tax offices (RTOs) and Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU) of Lahore.

As per details, FBR chairman and member IR-operations has reached Lahore after winding up their official tour to Karachi.

In Lahore, RTO-I Chief Commissioner Waqar Hussain, RTO-II Chief Commissioner Rukhsana Yasmeen, LTU Lahore Chief Commissioner Safder Hussain and chief commissioners of RTO Multan, Faisalabad and Gujranwala will call on the FBR chairman and member.

In the meeting, all the high ups would discuss the revenue collection made by their department concerned so far in current fiscal year 2014-5-16 and also discuss the matter of audit paras.
