ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue Chairman Nisar Muhammad has ‘again’ ruled out further extension in the date for filing of annual tax returns.
While talking to media, the FBR chief said that December 15 would be the last date for filing annual tax returns and no extension would be given in this regard. He said tax offices would remain open till 8:pm today (Wednesday) and 10:pm tomorrow (Thursday) across the country, while the State Bank of Pakistan and the authorised branches of National Bank will also remain open till 8:pm today (Wednesday) and till 10:pm tomorrow (Thursday) to collect annual tax return forms.
