ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Nisar Mہhammad Khan has accepted application of a dismissed Lahore Customs inspector Muhammad Nadeem Bhatti for personal hearing and summoned him on December 8 directing him to bring all available evidence and documents.

After completion of investigation, the case was sent to the Admin member for final decision where the inspector rejected all the allegations against him and asked for restoration of performance allowance.

However, he could not produce valid evidence and now he has approached FBR chairman to review the decision of Admin member. The chairman will announce decision after hearing the stance of Bhatti and in the light of available evidence.
