KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has collected Rs 10 billion more than the previous year.
“FBR has decided to computerise the income tax returns. The process will be completed soon. As many as 0.7 million tax returns had been submitted so far. The FBR has directed officials concerned to bring tax defaulters under the tax net so that maximum revenue would be generated for the next time,” said a Regional Tax Office official.
