FBR committee approves promotion of 130 officers to BS 20, 21

ISLAMABAD: The Central Selection Board (CSB) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has approved the promotion of 130 officers of Inland Revenue and Pakistan Customs to BS 20 & 21.

According to details CSB of FBR has approved the promotion of 130 officers to BS 20 & 21, including 30 officers of Pakistan Customs and 100 of Inland Revenue and forwarded the list to Prime Minister of Pakistan for further perusal.

Pakistan Customs officers of BS-20 including Adila Rehman, Fazal Yazdani, Sarwat Tahir Habib, Javed Ghani, Sumera Nazir, Abdul Rasheed Shaikh, Zahid Khokhar, Junaid Akram, Khawaja Umer Mehdi, Rubina Wasti, Imtiaz Ahmad Khan, Saleem Rahanja and Shoukat Ali have promoted to next Cadre i.e. BS-21 while 12 officers of Pakistan Customs promoted to from BS 19 to BS 20. It is also to mention here that several other officers of Pakistan Customs are approved for promotion but due non-availability of vacant seat they are not promoted.

40 officers of Inland Revenue are approved for promotion to BS 21 and 60 officers to BS 20.

After the approval of Prime Minister of Pakistan FBR will officially announce the names of promoted officers
