The Federal Board of Revenue is progressively engaged in the digitization of Customs processes and procedures and the foremost example in this regard is that of WeBOC software, whereby manifest declarations are being filed through web.

Further, to familiarize different stakeholders with WeBOC system, training courses for importers and clearing agents have been organised. As digitization is a continuous process, and entails inclusion and involvement of stakeholders at different levels, so capacity building of officers and officials is also being regularly carried out to successfully implement the automation processes.
