ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has recovered Rs 98 million from Pakistan Railways.
The FBR recovered the said amount from the frozen accounts of the national entity. The deduction was made under the head of withholding tax in two different transactions. The FBR had got frozen the accounts a day earlier and deducted the amount. The account would remain freeze until the deduction of all due recoveries, the sources said.
