FBR tells RTO Multan to deploy staff at NBP in place of sacked PRAL employees

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed the Regional Tax Office Multan to give employees list for their deployment in place of sacked employees of the Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL).

The FBR has sacked 163 employees of the PRAL after the expiry of their contracts on June 30, 2015.  All the terminated employees were performing their tasks in the various branches of the National Bank of Pakistan to help collect taxes.

The Regional Tax Office Multan has been asked to provide the lists of those employees who will extend technical support to the National Bank of Pakistan for the collection of taxes.

The Federal Board of Revenue has fired the 13 employees out of 163 from the Regional Tax Office Multan and these 13 employees had been doing their job for the last many years. The Regional Tax Office Multan will also prepare the lists of employees for the replacement of these 13 employees in the National Bank of Pakistan.

After the termination of PRAL employees form their jobs, the FBR needs employees for the collection of taxes at the National Banks of Pakistan.  FBR Member Information technology Raana Ahmad has directed all the Regional Tax Offices to assign duties to their staff members.

Now the RTO Multan will give the names of  their 13 employees very soon to resume the tasks  instead of terminated employees of PRAL in the various branches of National Banks for the collection of tax revenues.
